The Storage Genie app makes accessing the ExtraStore facility and your personal storage unit easy. Using bluetooth technology, the app synchs your personal access code with your phone.

When you book and pay for your storage unit

When you approach the access control panel at the front of the facility or your personal storage unit’s smartlock with the Storage Genie app unlocked - Open Sésame - you will be granted access.
